Fraudulent job positions offered. Stole money and valuable time for hard-working people. Customers never received their products, instead, the company stole the money that the customers were paying

The first offense that National Racing Services committed was putting a fraudulent add in the paper, of which I and many others applied to. I had to put out ninety-five dollars of my own money for the training package, after I was told to sign a contract saying that I would only be reimbursed that amount upon completion of training. Little were myself and the other trainees aware that training would never actually be completed.

Part of this training involved going around to family and friends' houses in the attempt to sell them National Racing Service's products. Not only did I was gas, but I also wasted my own valuable time of which I could have been using to look for and apply to other jobs.

In order to add insult to injury, I did manage to sell a few overpriced products to some of my family. I turned their hard-earned money over to National Racing Services, and I was told that they would receive the fire extinguishers and such within six to eight weeks. Well, none of the people close to me who've purchased those products have ever received them.

For a few of the people that I sold to, the man in charge in Louisiana, Mark, told me to leave the shipping charges out so that my family could pay less. I was then told that those specific family's products would be delivered to the base office on Barataria Blvd. Soon enough, though, my mom called the number to the office, and found out it was disconnected.

All in all, I lost my ninety-five dollars (although I chose to leave the supposed training because I wasn't selling anymore and I needed to find a steady income) that I should have received once training was completed and my family never received their products of which they spent over a hundred dollars a piece for. About two weeks after I left the company I found out from a close family friend, whose cousin had applied to the same position as myself, that Mark, the man supposedly in charge, had actually been embezzling the money and that the whole thing had been a fraud. Nonetheless, the main office was shut down.

I've emailed the National Racing Service's Website twice already and I have never heard back from them. I don't know what else to do except to call my lawyer. DO NOT order from this company. For lack of a better expression, they will screw you over.
