World Benefit
Offered a credit card for a start up fee of $299.00 never recieved the card and they kept the $299.00 which was not refunded ripoff New Jersey

I was called on the phone and spoke to Evelyn Newman about a credit card with a limit of $2000.00 at 4.9 fixed rate. They said I would recieve the card in 15 days by Fed EX which I spoke to them on Nov. 26,03. On Dec. 18,03 I still havent recieved the card. To get the card I had to give them my bank info which then they would automaticly take out the $299.00 from my account once I told them I had the card but I never recieved the card and they took my money.
