Guarantee assessment status of $100,254, 204.00

I received letter stating that I was guarantee the cash amount of $100,254, 204.00 all I need to do was send them $12.00 for the verified cash report transferee. They gave me a deadline 7 days to send the money. If I failed to do so the sponsors would only select winners from those who do send the money ($12.00)
this letter is signed by Michel Washington and witness by Kevin Harris The letter also said it is Void with out fee

First sent letter for sweepstakes $20.00. Then a letter that I won $12,492.749 and I needed to send $100. I did this (dumb me) and this was last July. Never heard back from them ripoff
