I have had the same experience as John, Colorado. I participated in Titan Golf's "free trial" program and even though I followed their instructions exactly, when I called for a return authorization number I was told I had agreed to purchase the clubs. My credit card was charged for the price of the clubs without my knowledge and I have been dealing with the problem ever since.
I exchanged e-mails with Dave Weldon but was unsuccessful in reaching a solution. I returned the clubs but Titan refused to accept delivery. I have filed complaint with the BBB of upstate NY who has revoked Titan's accreditation (25 similar complaints).
I have also filed a complaint with the New York State Consumer Protection Board. My credit card company has been no help so it is looking like it is going to be a $1,100 lesson.
