Simple., ordered a 200$ phone from them. THey sent me a dead one, Shipped it back and paid for shipping, they got it back (per tracking number, and they admit to having it). They refuse to give my money back. They just keep claiming that there is some kind of bug in the system, sometimes it paypal bug, sometimes its their system, but I have to resend them this, or resend them that, or get more proof I sent something to them. I have sent them everything they ask for, hosting pictures of the receipts and everything else they need. But never... Never get my money back. The order was on 5/19.08 its now 9/11-08 and nothing.
Go figure. Im out money
