Shipped defective item / Item returned with RMA / Proof of shipping sent / company stops responding Hong Kong

Dealextreme shipped defective item. I returned the Item returned with RMA and sent a Proof of shipping sent. Dealextreme stops responding to my several e-mails and never shipped back my item. Dealextreme is a scam. They do ship some merchandise, mostly of very poor quality, but they will not honor any of there returned policy.
