I was contacted today by Peak 5 and I was talked down too. I do not appreciate being talked to like I have no sense. These people have gotten out of me $500 one week and 2 weeks later another $500.
Sure I got behind a little, but then called me today to say I owe another payment of $325 more after I was told That I was caught up to date after the last payment I made 2 weeks ago..
The supervisor I spoke with told me if I couldn't afford the payment that I shouldn't have bought the car. I said excuse me, but I've been paying on this car for 4 yrs now and he stated that I've been late on my payments for the last 13 months. I told him that he don't have to talk to me that way and he just kept right on til I just finally told him that he would be hearing from my lawyer and I hung up.!
What kind of people are these? Don't anyone understand that when you've been cut down from 2 incomes to 1 that it takes awhile for people to catch up!
I did not deserve the treatment this company gave me today and I can't hardley wait to get these hateful, inconsiderate company paid off!
And you can believe one thing that is true and for sure, what comes around goes around!!
