Stole 2400 From my credit card acct after they told me they could not help me and I cancelled my acct. With them

I was approached by a friend and business associate telling me he had signed on with EZUnsecured.com and that I could get an un secured line of credit for $200,000. He gave me a "credit application" and a credit card authorization form for a $600.00 fee to obtain the unsecured line. It was a faxed copy which was illegible for the most part but I trusted in my friend. (Oh by the way... My original application was to "BFREE Capital"... Which doesnt actually exist.

I didnt hear anything for quite some time so I called them and spoke with Kapil Gargi, who conveiniently no longer works there either, and was told he could not help me because my credit card balances were too high. That was complete nonsence. I figured ok... They took me for $600... A scam but I accepted my loss.

Quite a while later Kapil e-mailed me and said he got me an approval for a line of credit with Key for $30,000 and would have to pay a success fee of 12% and told me to call Key. I did and they told me it was for only $2,000. I declined. He again told me he could not do anything else to help me and told me to go see what i could get for myself. We also corresponded by e-mail the same things we had spoken about. So I find out that they pulled my credit after I cancelled with them and found out that I got myself a line of credit and now they are stealing $2,400 from my credit card as a "sucess fee".

So they have you sign an app which they later call a contract. Tell you you owe too much on accts, even though you have perfect credit, dont contact you for months, then tell you they got you $30,000 from Key, you call Key and find out its actually $2,000. Then tell you they cannot do anything, go try to get a line on your own, then when you do they getcha!"Oh mr. X... You signed a contract!

They are probably making chartered trips to the Caymans every weekend to deposit the $ and when it comes crashing down they will be gone. But they got me for $3,000... But I'm not taking this lying down, the rep who contacted me is giving a deposition stating that he was told this "contract" was merely an application. And I'm going to take this all the way up from the States to the Feds.
