This company advertised a free sample of Acaii Berries; all you had to do was pay for shipping. The free sample did arrive but then so did other samples. The company is charging my debit account 76.00 a month (they got the account number that I used for shipping costs). I do not want their product but there is no way to contact them. At their website they are using the telelphone number of a different company— Real Solutions Labs (800-597-8514) as a contact number. Real Solutions Labs has no idea who Performance Health is.
Bottom line, I am being charged 76.00 monthly for a product I absolutely do not want and I have no way to contact this fraudulent company.
