Dish network corporate cheating

Letter sent to dish network.

Seriously looking for a lawyer, who can fix this company, i feel, mine is a fit case and i have the guts and will to do it. They did not provide any contract to me and services are as bad as you can think.

Dear Sirs,

New account: xx

Earlier, I was having your services under account no: xx, the same was cancelled for the reason that your company was bonding under 24 month's contract to provide HD Connection, whereas the same was available without contract to new customers. Refer my mail dated 20th of July'08. Account closed on 27th July'08.

On 08.09.08, one of your account specialists ID: F. H, called and offered free HD-DVR, Free Installation and NO CONTRACT to retain my account. I ordered a package containing American 100 Channels, HD Bronze and Hindi Mega and installation date given was 08.17.08 morning 8 to 12. The technician came about 1PM and could not complete the job till 4.30. Since I had my flight at 6 PM, I have to stop the work.

The technician brought DVR 612 where as agreed upon was ViP 722, the same was informed to the technician and mentioned on the service agreement while signing it. He did not provide the contract.

The first day only American channels were activated and that too only one TV, the 2nd TV got activated after calling a number of times. Then Hindi Mega was missing, got it activated. The new appointment was given to change the DVR for 08.31.08 morning 8 to 12 PM, nobody came nor any call on the appointment date of 08.31.08. Rescheduled for 09.07.09 morning 8 to 12. Received call from your customer care that Guy met with an accident and will come tom after 6PM. Nobody turns up, while calling you customer care, understand, I cannot cancelled the services as this is under contract of 24 months.

It is matter of utter dismay and surprise that your company's representative says something and do something else. It was your account specialists who called and offer to retain my account. After offer they do not want to go in the record and check what has been offered and accepted.

I have cancelled my services due to the reason that your company does not provide the items agrees upon. The qualities of services rendered were very poor.in view of these facts, your company can not take the shelter of contract (without providing and agreeing the contract) and charge the exorbitant fee.

If corrective steps are not taken by your company, the whole episode will leads to unwanted litigation.
