Hasnt paid me for last week of work

Manpwer hasnt paid me for the last weeks of work ive done they done this 3 times and to many othe of my co-workers. They say the bank allows ten days after they mail your checks and last time this happin they sent it to the wrong address. Lucky that were it went the person was honest and called me to give it to me
