I didn't authorize this company to remove 149.95 from my checking account. I contacted them to let them know what was my problem. Ialso contacted my bank. Luckily I had the situation resolved I got on here to let everyone know that I did some research and I opened a new account with this company so people can start to file complaints. What i did was I was nice to them got all the imformation that i needed before i got hostile and I must say it worked. I had to wait but it was worth it cause they lady told me that she wa going to put me on the line with my bank and my funds will be back in the account within 72 hours. I wanted to write this to let everyone know what I went through and how I handled it so they could do the same.
