BRE had recently switched to a new web reporting discrepancy system and I was unable to log in and needed to report it right away. I had successfully used their previous system almost a year ago with great success (problem was FIXED within 24 hours). After contacting the office, they told me the login name was an e-mail I used over 7 years ago and cannot access any more due to it being a military one. They know my new one because they contacted me in Sept using it.
It took a day to remember the password to login and change it, but I was finally able to report that the AC was not blowing any air at all. Yes, the AC was not working when it was warm and humid (yes... It gets uncomfortable in SD.) By then it was Thursday and I expected at least a courtesy look by Friday (Sept 5th). Nothing happened. No physical look around, no phone call, no e-mail. 48 hours after the initial report I filed another work order on their website and decided to wait again. Nothing on Saturday or even today... Sunday the 7th.
Both work orders were labeled as 'High Priority' as they freak out whenever an 'Immediate' one is filed and even have a pop up stating to call 911... I am sure I am going into Monday night with a nice sauna once again.
