Misrepresentation of products offered at discounted prices with the use of coupons

Received U.S. Mail solicitation from aforementioned company in which they provided detailed information about a number of product promotions in which you mail in discount coupons and balance amounts on each item either paying by check or credit card. You are rushed to get your money in prior to a time deadline. No phone number is available for follow-up. Shipping and handling charges are open ended. Very professionally done as far as presentation. Letter says Official Directive in the title and finishes with Witness My Hand On This 20th Day of August.
