I have spent apprx 10K at Mathis Bros, the first time, I bought a "down" L shaped sofa, well, was poly filled, had to get them after several phone calls to come out here to change my pillows and seat cushions. Would you believe after a week, they brought them back out, and when I checked them, were STILL poly filled, not the down I paid for, finally I was quite upset, and they finally did change them out, but never did change or refund any part of my money for the seat cushions.
Stupidly, 2 yrs ago, I went back, guess am not a quick study, and bought a dining set, but got a call from my family that my mother had been admitted to the hospital, and I had to come right away, so I pick up what I though was the table, and not checking the closed boxes, kept them stored until I had the time to change out my home, and now find out that am missing most of the pieces to the set. I also took out the protection for the 69.95... Which is totally useless, as they will not do anything. I am missing all my hardware, directions, and only have 1/2 of the set.
After several call to them, finally just begging for the instructions and hardward, and would buy wood to try to "fix" at least the table, they won't do anything, plus were quite rude.
I would NEVER buy another thing from them, would sleep on the floor before buying a bed, eat off a cardboard box before buying a table, in very plain English, DON'T TRUST THEM AT ALL, AND DEFINATELY BUYER BEWARE when dealing with Mathis Bros, or you will be sitting down filling out a report just as I am, ps, don't say you were not warned. They get an "F" for customer satisfaction from myself and I see here from many others, and definately deserve that rating.
