Sept 2 PM. My friend Lance called Mr. Peanut Cab Company to get to VA Satelite hospitol b/c of bleeding leg. He was picked up and taken in the complete opposite direction he was needing to go because the cab had a man going somewhere else.
Lance told cab driver that he had an appointment but the driver said he had to leave this guy off. Worried to miss the appointment (this mans legs was bleeding!) and needing to get there, the told drive of concern and just take him to where he was picked up b/c he now had a ride. The drive wanted $22.00. Gentleman asked why, he has taken him miles in wrong direction. Cab drive argued with him and told him he wanted the money and called the female dispatcher and she said to get money or she would call cop on him so driver left on side of road!
Lance call me crying and told me what had happened. I called the Mr. Peanut and a female dispatcher answered. I asked her what her name was and she would not give it to me. I asked her about what happend with this and she began to yell at me and hung up. I repeatedly called and she began to cuss me me out and yell!
Finally a man answered and i told him what happened. He said Lance wanted to get out! I told him he is a disabled vet on his way to hospital and was put out on street! He said he could not do anything about it.
