West is writing all its AZ Employee up for ATTENDANCE. Or so they say... Most employees really believe that what West is trying to do is get rid of them. Get rid of the need to pay Vacation. Get rid of the need to pay commission. Get rid of the need to Pay Unemployment Benifits. They have threatened, bullied and lied to these Employees for quite a while. Saying they would NEVER PAY UNEMPLOYMENT, and would find a way to fire them and never pay. Its about time people started to stand up to this never ending bullying story and started speaking out against a company that is a PREDATOR. They comsume their employees time, energy, and deprive them of essentials that other companies recognize as a heathy lifestyle. West is unfair, unethical and without a concious. They do not value any of their employees. They demean, devalue and are inhumane to all of their workers.
Companies thinking of signing up with West to sell their products, should think twice. Their workforce is expected to live off almost minimum wage, while paying for their own highspeed and phone services. West has cut all good commissions, without any notice to its workers. They feel and show no moral obligation to their employees.

Ok, so all of you may have seen by now that you have a pin. This pin is for not being at goal or above on your schedule adherence. For the most part we do understand that system issues or such are the reason. The fact is that all agents but one got a pin for the same reason.By giving the pins out, this will show all who needs to see that we are having problems and they need to be fixed. Now if you are taking longer breaks and longer lunches or even taking a lunch when you are not scheduled to, this will show us and we will continue to give you pins up until further action needs to be done. Please continue to call pal when having system issues and we can make notes.
Also just to remind you all, we are not to be using IM as a contact to your coach. Pal is to be used first and then the chat line. And last thing is the 4042. West wants to be sure and track all communications that agents and coaches have.
