Have taken 3 payements of $58 63 and have been unable to download any of the programmes Boise internet

This money was taken on 28 july. 1st. August and4th august for music and video downloads. The money was taken and when told to download the system stopped working. 1 of the programmes worked in the mornings only and then crashed out. I have sent them several e-mails but have had no replies. All i want is a refund of money.

This company is getting away with murder. I paid this money on a credit card do you think I can claim on
that. Hope to hear from you soon.
