I have been wanting to buy some talking parrots for a few years and this morning I the Kijiji pet section they had 2 free, talking parrots, they were trying to sent pic of these beautiful colorful parrots, they explained all they want is to find a good loving home for them, they go on about they are relocating to J* Jersey so i could go halfs on the shipping costs, he knew all the lingo just like he worked at a airport, the proper size kell to ship, the health certificate all this was necessary and it appeared true, then after a few more emails they stumbled over their words, they began messing up, I m sure a lot of people sent them money for thinking that they were going to buy these expensive parroT, THE man said the charge to ship each bird would be 300 each, and you can tell they are not american, they had an asian accent. I told Kijiji that this stuff needs to be more closely monitoredk now, that i think back something similar happened when i was selling a chihuahua, she kept saying her little boy wanted it, back and forth e mails, i couldn.
