I purchased a quart of Shamrock Farms buttermilk. There was something wrong with it. I called the customer service to complain on 8-9-08. I received a voicemail message asking me to call back, which I did 10 minutes later (8-11-08.
I have not heard back from this company since that date. I even sent an email stating the facts on 8-19-08 and have not received a reply yet. Today is 8-28-08.
Is this a way to treat loyal customers?
