On January 11, I was contacted (through ServiceMagic) by Brian McClintock of Shamrock Enterprises to build a pool bath for my new residence in Florida. Shamrock would work in conjuction with the Pool builder, American Pools & Spas. After we decided on a price, we entered into contract on February 28. To date, I have paid a total of $9,340.00 and no work has been done.
Mr McClintock has only returned one of my phone calls and is constantly sending me e-mails with comments such as "I have a lot on my plate", or "I have a job in your area and I will stop by then" or blaming the pool contractor for things that does not make sense to me. I have been in my new home for a week now, and I have not seen Mr. McClintock one time. I have requested a face to face meeting with him and he refuse to come to my home.
To date, I have two 2x4's in the area where the bath is suppose to go and nothing else.
