Charged me 9.99 for a credit repair monthly service fee, which I did not orde

I keep getting different things billed to my AT&T phone bill, I called the 800 number to dispute this charge and I also contacted us credit repair and sent an email. I never signed up for this credit repair service and i'm fed up with being billed for stuff, and it's frustrating when you can't speak to someone or they leave you on hold until you hangup, or they give you the run around
