This is a situation where the evil always happens... This farm had did a trade off purchase on a race horse with our farm. She burned us on the deal and the horse later end up having our colt that she let get injured severly to the point of never being able to race or competion. The mare was starved thru her last trimester for this colt, then was bred on her foal heat for the next season. The mare unfortinually didnt live long enough to have it.
Along with this mare dieing from bad care, there was others that died. She did not reiemburse the other owners or me! And one of the other horses belonged to a youngster related to her, how nice to treat family on christmas! This person has burned a big breeder in Canada as well.
Along with alot more people that thought (like I) to trust her. I guess revenge is her logo and nothing stops her!
She has no sence in her head at all. She has paid/bribe who-da-looms to do her dirty work! Her reputation in our county has dropped like a big fat rock. Im sure every one else would post on here to, but I tripped across this site by accident. Would of known about this site when this all happened in 1999, I would of posted then! This has been a very hard lesson learned by alot of people, in state and out of state.
I feel bad for what happened to our race horse, but feel worst sadness for all the other horses and critters that have died in her care on her farm... Buy the way since she was doing business under 2 unregistered DBA names, I decided till she repays my farm back the thousands and thousands of dollars she owes us and others. I purchased both her DBA names in I think it is a fair trade for her to buy them back from me. Since my horse and other horses that died in her care will only run in the skies and their owners hearts!!! Buyer/seller beware!!!
