Offered free sample. Sent free sample. Disclaimer was in too small print to read. Product was unusable. Tried to cancel but couldn't. Email was not accepted. Phone did not answe

Was offered free smple via internet. Disclaimer was printed too smll to read. Received sample, which was unusable, so I discarded same. They sent more unuasable merchandise, and wanted exorbitant payment for same. Tried to phone to cancel. Phone would not answer. Tried to cancel by E mail, "page cannot be displayed" came up. This is a total ripoff.
