I am very angry I have ordered from TheOldTimeTheater previously and had not had a problem, however, I had ordered videos for my grandson who is a collector of videos and was very much looking forward to adding the Munsters to his collecton. Ordered on July 30th, monies for purchase was charged to my account, numerous attempts to contact them via phone & e-mail and as of today 8/22/08 no response. Is there anyone who can help me and possibly others who feel they have been ripped off!!!
I will never order anything from this company again or would I recommend anyone else to do so.
Whatever has happened to honest work ethics - customer service - it has all been replaced with automation - as many times as I have tried to contact OldTimeTheater - transferred to voice mail box which is full & cannot leave message - I am truly disgusted & angry!!!
