I had a very bad experience there and to think I bought a car years ago at the same place. I dealt with a salesman there and he was going to give me a Explorer gave me the quote on how much. The finance department never put my paperwork in and the salesman forgot. I lost my deposit money in which Im never getting back. Plus they was going to sell me the vechile for 13,000.00 but I looked on autotraders.com and saw the same truck for 7600.00 doallrs from Compass Dodge.
I can agree with the other person that complain about Compass Dodge. They have people there not helping them and it is real sad because you do have great people with issues on their credit. I saw people with their familes hanging out not organized... Playing around... Really not a professional place to buy a car. I went to another place on Rt. 22 found the truck I like... Made the deal in 35-40 minutes and drove off in my 2005 Ford Explorer.
I will tell anyone who goes to Compass Dodge in Orange, NJ... Avoid them like the plaque. Don't trust their prices and go on autotraders.com before u go there. Its a difference when you go out on the highway and to deal with a car dealership in the hood. You get treated much better and they have finance deptment on call. Not putting your paperwork in a pile with other paper and play the game. I would say the salesman name, but it doesn't matter they all shaddy... Stay Away From Compass Dodge!!!
