Terre Haute Location i paid the amount due but because medical problems could not use produce was told a refund would be given in march still do not have refund Overlook Blv Brentwood

When i joined the program I paid the full amount then witch was over seventeen hundred dollars. After a short while they went over my file with me, it was then I was told i could not use the products due to a medical condition. When I submitted a letter from my doctor that I have had the problem for over a year Ashley informed me I was to get a refund of over eight hundred dollars back this was in March and it would take six weeks to recieve it. I have called every week with no results and now the office is closed i feel that since i paid my money in good faith that I should be refunded good faith also i cannot even get the corp. Office to answer my phone calls
