Constant phone calls trying to collect accounts written off by creditor creditor has taken tax credit san diego california nationwide

Am getting phone calls constantly by mcm trying to collect on accounts written off by the original creditor. Also the statue of limitations has expired on these accounts. I was unemployed for a long period of time, this was the reason for none payment.
