I recently went through my credit report and found 3 listings in my file listing OVERTON RUSSELL DOERR with three different accounts each owing $10-. I contacted them and was told that these accounts were medically related from when I returned from the war in Iraq. I offered to pay them the amount requested in order to get them off of my report as these have dragged my credit score down significantly. I was told it was too late as they were closed. I went off the deep end and argued with the call center that this was unfair and some type of scam, they claimed to have sent me billings etc. I have disputed them in my credit file and OVERTON RUSSELL DOERR keeps coming back saying they are correct.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. My time is worth more than the peasly $30- total for the three separate account listed by these lawyer scumbags ~ I hope they burn in hell, but they'll probably remain on earth forever with the cockroaches.
