Hard to get good help and complete products - jawbone

I ordered a jawbone from N1wireless the end of last week of April. Did not receive the jawbone until mid June after calling and asking where it is. Received the jawbone and it did not work. Waited another 1-2 weeks to receive the next one, took it to the verizon support to get installed and they tell me this one did not work. Call after the third time for another and was told by a nice customer service person that another one would be sent right out, with a free car charger for the inconvience.By this time I have paid for the jawbone twice over for cost of calls and sending the defective ones back. Third one worked (NO I did not receive the car charger) and this box was missing earbuds and earhoops that was to ensure proper fitting. Call customer service and their message said "All our representives are busy at this time call back in 2 hours or leave a detailed message". How can you leave a message when the box says "FULL" all the time. Finally I got a rude manager who would not let me tell my problem, screaming at me to call Jawbone. When ask for him to give me his corporate phone number he told me he could not give it to me. What is going on at this company!!! I have never heard of such. So needless to say, I still have not gotten this situation resoved becaused they conviently can not find me in the system, after sending me THREE jawbones. I am still trying to find out answers from N1.

I will NEVER buy anything from them again!!!
