An individual selling magazines door to door trying to earn points for a trip, I never received the magazine I ordered and the website I was given does not work

A young man named Scott Biddle was selling magazines in my neighborhood door to door. I usually pass on it but it seemed like a good gift for my husband. I even asked for a website where I could track my order, which he gave me no problem. I have yet to receive the magazine and the website he gave me is no good. I am embarrassed that I was so easily duped. The name of the company is ALways Helping People LLC out of Texas.
