Shorthly after I posted my first article, Feb 8th Richard decided to come out of the woodwork and called me at home. He said he had turned himself in and was taking care of his warrents. I called the Jail and he did indeed turn himself in which amased me. The First bit of truth that has ever came from him mouth, (must of killed him to be honest for a second) I had begun to terminate his parental rights, so I figured I'd give the loser a second chance to prove himself for real, he claimed he wants to be a dad, so I canceled the termination process for now. Low and behold big huge mistake, dummy me, i should have learned a long time ago. Same Sh* Different day. He Did not tell the Judge that he has court ordered child support, that he is 10,611.41 in arrears, but hey guess what, The government will see their $4,000 for the unemployment fraud (has 1 full year to repay it) well before I see a penny. Not to metion that after his probation is through the feloney is dropped to a misdeamoner.
I called the prosecuting attorney and asked Why is this???
Well they want to be sure they get their money.
How About my children, yes I work very had to provide everything for them, but I think it would be nice to beable to put that money into trust funds for their college since I am not able to put alot of money away for their future. Nice huh.
I am so damn happy the government can lay out the red carpet for criminals!!!
Even with the laws in place that if a non custodial parent is behind for 2 years or 10,000 in arears it is considered a feloney. But that doesn't mean anything because child support won't go after the criminal charge, just the civil charge because it is just to much work for them to do.
Good thing our government and child support Workers come before our children. Our kids, in the Governments eyes don't need it anyway. How the He* is this welfare reform suppose to work anyway? Oh yes, I know, It's not suppose to help the mom's, it's there to make sure the government gets their money and they don't have to pay out and to protect all the deadbeats.

Imagine, a person so low, so cold, and unfeeling he cares nothing of what or whom he hurts. I used to not be able to imagine such a person until I had the unfortune of accquiring a dead beat con artist myself.
His name is Richard Antonius Cupra Evan Siebold III. His Date of birth is april 29th 1972. His Phone #651-388-0993 He lives at 312 s tyler rd in Red Wind, Mn 55066, with his girlfriend who the song and dance that he doesn't so child support will leave him alone.
I have 2 Beautiful children by this dead beat con artist who seems to believe my children are just toys to be taken off the shelf, dust off, played with, then put back again. He goes for months without any contact, and when my children start healing he does it again just to keep those wounds open. Not only does it affect my children, it also affects my new husband who loves them dearly, cares for them as if they were his own, he feeds them, clothes them, supports them, He does everything for them. He would like to be able to adopt them but because of the dead beat con artist, who is the on again off again, today I feel like being a dad, My husband is unable to do so.
Richard has not paid one penny of child support out of his pocket, from his sweat, towards the children. The only monies paid for child support from him is when he was committing umemployment Fraud. He had 5 warrants out for his arrest, 1) unemployment fraud. 2) Worthless check at a liquor store. 3) worthless check at a grocery store. 4) driving after rev. 5) failure to obey a stop sign) He turned himself in and Conned the Judge into lowering the feloney charge to a misdemeanor claiming it was all my fault that the bills were plieing up he he had no choice. It was ordered that he pay $4000 to the courts and got 2 years probation. He Has 2 social security numbers that I know of personally. Maybe a third. He is working but child support can not find his employement.
He refuses to pay his child support claiming if I want them I am fully able to take care of them and will pay nothing for them.
Today 02/08/01 he is a total of 10,611.41 in arrears that he owes his children. He also owes me $7,500 interest on another court matter in consiliation court for property. The sad thing is the courts will see their $4,000 before my children will even see 1 penny.
He has conned every one into feeling sorry for him, he has fraud the grovernment, and emotionally abused as well as finicially abuse my children, and to this day our court system allows this.
