While reporting an incident that happended to other technitian to my inmediate service manager David Sato, he started, inmidiatly after, to yield at me, in front of my co-workers and inmediatly was called to his office, while in his office, using bad words i was told i was terminated. For making the wrong decision, which earlier in the week i was told to do so... I was very degraded and will never recomended no one to go to work there.

On the same week, one of my best customer had traded in a motorhome his Name is Leonardo Aguila, who was desperate looking for help, trying to make someone stepped up to make his trade paid off. He came to me begging me, to see if I could make them understand that his credit was getting ruined and also his extended warranty contract was never paid off. I tried to help by making my boss and the person that handles that part of the bussiness aware, recieving instead the cold shoulder was told not to get in their afairs, that i could get in trouble by giving names and other information to retail. That was not in any way, related to my job descriptions.
