This company called Smart Step took money out of my bank account without me authorizing it. When i called the number that was provided by my bank, the message stated the office was closed and to try back at anther time. I have othe insurances and not one of them are called Smart Step. I dont even know what type of insurance this is. I like to know how money can be debit from your acct without authorization. The banks need to explain this crazy action.
