After receiving my first shipment of tea i decided that i did not like the taste. I sent an e-mail asking that any further shipments be canceled. I knew that i still had to honor the agreement.
When i continued to receive shipments and charged, i contacted Wu-YI. I was told that they never received any request. This was done by e-mail. I was assured the problem would be taken care of.
I am also still being charged for Living Lean.
