Johnny Ray Davis ripoff dead beat only cares about himself dad never pays Parkersburg

Johnny davis, never pays for his childeren, not even so much as a birthday card. Would like him to get what he deserves once in his life. When you bring childeren in this world you need to take care of them, and because i am not on the sytems, welfare. No one cares what he owes me, i try and try, guess what hes getting away with it.
