EZ1Rate appeared as a Memo Debt on my June bank report and I thought I might have responded to a phone call that I had forgotten about. When a $39.90 charge appeared again on my July report I investigated further.
I had not opened this account. I have no documentation from them. I receive no benefits from EZ1Rate. Therefore, I have no address for them.
I phoned 1/800/923-8939 (recorded on my bank report) and got a Web address: EZ1Rate.com. Pages came up with both EZ1Rate and complaint. That confirmed my suspicions of fraud by this company.
I'll change my Bank Account to get rid of these fraudulent charges and hope others will act also.
