Marquico Motor Coach, aka New Jersey Charters and Tours ripped off our church for $1,038. We entered into a contract to charter a bus for our youth outing. On the day of the outing the bus did not show and they refuse to return the money. We were required to send the money to 655 Lewelling Blvd in San Leandro, CA which turned out to be a UPS Store. After doing some investigation I located the real name of the company, Marquico Motor Coach and their physical address 758 Bockman St, San Lorenzo, CA 94580 thanks to many victims on yelp.com
One of the websites they are using is bestbusprices.com You are required to provide your information for a quote, you enter the city you are looking to rent the bus in and you are directed to the state you provide, e.G. New jersey charters and tours, washington charters and tours, etc. You are then forwarded a contract that you are required to sign and return 50% of the deposite and 50% is required 30 days prior to your date.
The name of the person I have been speaking to is Jim Smith. It is likely that this is not his real name. The real name of the company is Marquico Motor Coach. The scam this company is perpetrating is all across the country. I have contacted the FBI and have been told that the amount is too small for their threshold. It is my hope that all the victims of Marquico Motor Coach will come together and stop this company from ripping off so many innocent victims.
