Will screw you like you have never been screwed before

I had my heart set on one dress and there where only a few stores that had that wedding dress. Unfortunatly that store was Rhinestones & Ruffles. They are really nice to you in the beginning and even remember your name when you go in.

I went in with my bridesmaids and the mothers and we tried on dresses and picked out what they were going to wear. I figured on picking the skirts and they could pick the tops, the deal that Alfred Angelo and many other places have. All was well and good and we ordered the dress.

The first problem can before I even got the dress. I went back in because I saw a pair of shoes that I liked and thought they would be perfect and I bought them. The next I found a pair that was tens times better and thought I would return the pair that I just bought the day before. When I went in they told me no can do and NO RETURNS were allowed, not even on shoes that have never been worn or in my posession for less than 24 hours. So I was stuck with a fancy pair of sandals that I found out later were over priced by double of what they really where worth.

They the dresses came and and they try to have you sign for the dresses to say they are ok and don't suggest to try them on. Well I had to sign for some of my girls because they lived well out of town. You would figure they would fit if they were measured, but it ended up that they were all 2 sizes too small.

I got my dress and I couldn't fit in that either. I ended up having to lose 20lbs to fit in it and they still had to let the seams out 2 inches or so.

When my mother-in-laws dress came in she tried it on and she couldn't fit in it. The lady had the BALLS to ask if she had gained a lot of weight or something that she couldn't fit in the dress. (By the way her dress took longer to get in than my dress). So my father-in-law came in and bullied them into reordering the dress and rushing and not making them charge for more.

Later on when we were inspecting the dresses for the bridesmaids we realized and it never dawned on us that the fabrics from the tops don't really match the fabric on the bottom, but there was nothing to do.

A bit later we had to order one more dress and there was no other place we could find that carried the dress but this hell shop so we ordered. When we did the lady goes, "do you really want to order the dresses like that, the fabrics don't match" DEAR GOD, SHE COULD HAVE TOLD US WHEN WE ORDERED THE FIRST TIME!!! I could have hit her. And then she kept trying to say to order a dress bigger than what she needed and I put my foot down. We were running out of time and we needed this dress in a few months.

Well a month before the wedding I get the call from my bridesmaid that the company is planning to move away from their old location in the mall, but they didn't say where. The lady at the store said she could arrange to meet my friend somewhere and give her the dress. Well It is a month after that and 12 days before my wedding and the company has moved, they haven't returned any of the bridesmaids calls in weeks and now we can't even leave a message on their machine because the voice mail box is full. WHAT THE H*LL!!!

These people need to be shut down for good and should not be allowed to operate a store. They make you pay up front for the whole dress and then just screw you over.
