Sent 4 gift packages this past christmas, 2 of which were delivered, 2 of which were not... Contacted the firm, was told they were in fact delivered (they were not), called again, told the same thing... Wrote a complaint letter to the owners, have not heard from them in more than a month... My advice is that if you receive a catalog from sweet energy co (overpriced dried fruit), throw catalog in garbage bin with the other trash...
