Ripoff! Scam! Missing items!

I ordered a t-shirt and baseball hat over a month ago and still have not received them. On their website they promise 7-12 days that the items should be delivered in. That's bull!

They were very quick to take the money from my credit card though. I paid $40 in shipping and all the product costs.

They have no way of getting a hold of them. Well they do, but none that they ever respond to. They have like 3 email addresses but I doubt any work. I have emailed over 8 times to all three of the addresses. AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY SORT OF REPLY! I have also called the numbers they offer for customer service. No one ever answers and the answering machine has a man who can hardly speak english.

I want to take some major action against them. I don't want to be out $40 dollars. I am going to email all the schools that employ MyGarb and let them know about these sites and the problems and scams that we've all had with MyGarb. If anyone is interested in helping I would love the help and it'd be good for them to hear it from more than one customer.

Do not order anything from mygarb!!!
