I ordered ONE bag on Saturday August 26, online. It asked if my billing address was the same as my shipping -I checked NO. It never asked me for my Shipping address so my order (as per them) is going to my Billing address... It's in the country where anyone can steal it out of my mailbox! I wanted it shipped to my office.
As I was ordering the bag an opportunity to UPGRADE to the DELUXE bag came up. I decided to go for that bag.
When my order confirmation came the next day, it said I had ordered TWO bags - the cheap one AND the Deluxe bag. I called Monday morning to cancel the order and they said that it had ALREADY been shipped! On SUNDAY!??? And there was nothing I could do about it. She said, put on the box, Return to sender and I would not be charged. Should we take bets on that? Then she said I could go ahead and RE-ORDER. Fat chance in that!
