A black gentleman came door to door selling magazines trying to get ahead in life... Not Sure Though

I was ripped off by a black gentleman going door to door selling magazines supposedly trying to get ahead. They were putting these individuas up in a local hotel and sending them door to door. My check cleared the end of May and still no COUNTRY WEEKLY... Something must seriously be done to these people. They got me for 70.00 and I am not standing still for it...
