After recieving my loan from cash call it was set up for automatic withdrawl, which they told me i could call them any given month if i wanted make a payment via. Money gram if funds were not available in my account. Only the second month into it i called to make my payment by money gram so i did not overdraw my bank acc. They assured me that everything was set up so the automatic withdrawl would not go through for that month. So i made my money gram payment that day, called them with the confirmation number to post my payment, and confirm that it was recieved which they told me it was.
A few days later i recieved an overdraft letter from my bank for an automatic withdrawl. Guess who it was? Thats right cash call submitted for automatic withdrawl that same day not long after our conversation to accept my payment via. Money gram. Leaving me stuck with bank fees i could not pay at the time because of other obligations at the time. I wanted to make sure i did whatever i could to live up to my obligation i made when i signed. But what about theyre obligation to there clients to run a reputable company. And to not use deceit and unscrupulous tactics to take advantage of the people they claim they are there to help. Those kind of practices dont help the financially burdened people who in most cases would not seek a loan with an interest rate that is absolutely ridiculous. It seems as if they try hard to cause you to default by whatever means they can make more money faster. Otherwise why would any business with morals or any decency make it hard for their own customers to pay their bill?
