Received a fax aboutg Open Enrollment for nationwide PPo Network of Doctors and rates for individuals and family coverage insurance. When employee tried to submit insurance claims, the company did not cover any of the items that were said to have covered. Our insurance premium of $514 was deducted from our checking account and the company does not return our phone calls. We have tried speaking with customer service but no one will return our calls, and they ignore our call back requests.
Very upset with whole process and want our premium back.
