I have been billed mulitple times in the amounts of 7.95 - 19.95 from a company called Network Agenda. I have never been on their website nor has my husband. I tried calling the number that they list on the webpage only to not get an answer or have someone tell me they need to speak with my husband about the matter. That would be fine for them to talk to my husband however he is in Iraq. He cant make the phone call to talk to this company.
I have contacted my bank numberous times and every month they tell me the same thing. Contact them (they give me the number) and then the bank refunds the money. I"m gettin really tired of doing this song and dance with this company month after month. I want it taken care of, I want these idiots to stop taking money out of our account. The money that my husband is working hard for by defending our freedom, only to have people like them take advantage of people like us!
If anyone could please help that would be great...
