While purchasing agent was out of work on leave this IDC Servco Company called our company and co-hearsed an employee into purchasing a quantity of 12 toners @ 998.00 ship of 110.00 per to be paid over a period of 12 months totalling 11976.00 cost for toner and 1320.00 for ship.
When purchasing agent returned to employment confronted this IDC Servco Co. On their invoicing. IDC Servco representative stated that employee signed agreement to this purchase. They have not produced such paperwork and employee states never signed anything.
In searching other reports on this company I noticed that they are using different affiliate names, in our case its Century Imaging Systems. IDC is also using different addresses. I am disputing the purchase as we are not paying and reporting IDC Servco to the BBB and Attorney Generals office.
We have our own vendor we use for our service agreement on our copiers which includes toners. If one had to buy this toner it can be purchased for 129.00 at any legitimate store.
