Male called acting funny from the moment I said hello. Told me he was looking at an affidavit with 3 charges against me for an un-paid load from 2005 that I need to make a payment to him today to prevent futher police action. I began question him about the company he represented and he started talking in circles. Couldn't give a direct answer that made any sense. I asked for his name and he said it was Richard Jones. Knowing he had an accent I laughed and said your name is not richard jones. I then asked for his employee Id # or a direct extention to him. He gave me this 818-688-7215 # and said to just ask for him by name. I then asked for a refrence Id # or a case or file # which he couldn't give me. He said I didn't have one... I then said well how would you identify my case. He told me to call that number and he would know me by name, he only had 3 cases he was working on. I informed him that i would be doing some investingating and be back in touch with him. I called the number he gave me back just to see if it worked and he answered by saying hello and i hung up on him, began to research his "company" online and came across this stuff. He kept wanting to know if i had a debit card and told me I could take care of it immediately with a debit card.??? Haven't heard any more from him... So far!
