My husband and I purchased a car at a classic car auction in Paducah, Kentucky that had been put up for auction my Mike Nezer. The auction notice said the car had a rebuilt engine that carried a 3 year, 36,000 warranty. After the car developed a serious oil leak, we contacted Mr. Nezer and was told to trailer the car down to Nashville and he would look at it. We chose to have our own mechanic work on the car, and discovered beyond a doubt that the engine had never been rebuilt as claimed. Attempts to contact Mr. Nezer regarding this fraud have been unanswered.
