Mike Nezer and his mother Edna Seward have a scam going in Nashville, TN called Stencilco (aka Stencilco.com, aka Stencilco Studios, aka Stencilco-HQ). The scam promises potential partners $100K in annual salary depending on what position you apply for - either Commercial Account Exec (CAE) or Regional Director (RD). The CAE position requires $1000 initial investment and the RD positions requires a minimum of $5,000 investment and up depending on what state you live in.
The company supposedly has numerous patents on stencil materials used in etching and sandblasting applications. All claims as to these patents are totally false. Numerous people have been scammed out of initial investment monies and made promises on product availability. No product has ever been sold to any accounts. Mr. Nezer has outstanding warrants in Florida and New York and is currently under investigation by the FBI. Also word is he is trying to start a new scam through www.stencilcostudios.com called Masterpieces. Any business dealings with Mike Nezer, Edna Seward, or Stencilco is ill advised.
BBB Better Business Bureau has complaints logged against Stencilco.
